Do you need a writing skill to start blogging?
Have you tried writing about any stuff? If you haven't then try to do blogging. You will learn alot as well as you will be forced to use your brain to think on what to say..lol..But honestly it is beneficial because it will sharpen your thinking and writing skills. You can even share your life experiences which will encourage and teach other people a lesson. In that way you can help them know how to face same challenges you already had experienced. Sounds rewarding huh? Definitely YES. So give it a try. You might discover you are good in writing.
